Fantastic writeup. I too havent known of paneer paturi till I read this article, but then why not? The origin of food cooked in steam wrapped in leaves is very old, so whether it were Indians or Greeks or Armenians will perhaps never be settled. Meanwhile, this is a recipe worth trying.
