Good call. You generally have a good sense of good Apple products not just the most expensive ones, you seem to have carved a niche there. I am tempted to go for a Mac Mini. I remember heeding your advice four years ago and bought an iMac 8gb when the word on the street was to go for a 16gb one. I have loved that machine, it is good value for money even for my machine learning projects, :-).
