The point is to sit there and do nothing. Whatever floats your boat, go with it. In the end you’ll find Vipassana, other form of upasana, even just sitting by yourself are all same: it’s you with yourself. In silence or in chatter. Silence is always good. Less chatter, less clutter.

But I do not care about the biology, cortisol crap: beyond feel good mumbo-jumbo, they are nothing.
