The problem of unpublished trial results is wicked. We base our treatment decisions often on evidence that miss out on assimilating a body of evidence which is inherently incomplete, but that, I believe, is something we have to live with in foreseeable future. After reading this piece, if I may ask you, where you would put meta analyses? Are we compounding the problem?
