Feynman technique

Five things
1. Note down things you know or you have read (you can start with reading or without reading)
2. Try to explain it to a rubber duck using no jargon and as simple words as you can
3. Note what you do not know
4. Plug the gap by learning
5. Write it out (note in zettelkasten)

When will you do it?

Time block

  • Set up a time for everything
  • Block time for everything
  • Outlook calendar, Google calendar
  1. Work only on that project
  2. Get rid of distractions
  3. Leave enough break time
  4. Use pomodoro if that helps
    Keep track

Spaced repetition

  • Notes in your zettels
  • Set up quiz
  • Create cards with the questions
  • Use a shoe box to store cards
  • Repeat 1, 3, 5, 7 days gaps
